At Leafbloomgoods, we're dedicated to making sure each client is absolutely happy with their purchase. If there's ever a problem together along with your order, we'll do the entirety we will to make it right — pretty and promptly.

Return Window

You may also request a go-back or refund within 14 days of the shipping date. All requests submitted past this window won't be eligible for processing.

How to Request a Return or Refund

To start your go-back or refund technique, please email us at [email protected] with the following:

  • Order number
  • Full call and email used in the course of purchase
  • Reason for going back or refund request
  • Clear photos (for defective/broken/wrong objects)
    Our group will evaluate your request within 1–2 enterprise days and guide you via the following steps.

Acceptable Return & Refund Scenarios

1. Defective or Damaged Items
If your wool hat arrives broken or with a production defect, notify us within 14 days of shipping. We will both resend a brand new object at no more price or technique or a complete refund as soon as verified.

  • Wrong Product Sent: If you obtained the wrong color, size, or object, contact us within 14 days of shipping. We will set up for the proper product to be shipped and cover all associated costs.
  • Undelivered Orders: If your package deal has now no longer arrived within 10 enterprise days of the transport confirmation, reach out to us. Once shown as lost, you can pick an alternative or a complete refund.
  • Cancellations (Before Shipping): If you want to cancel your order, you can do this within 6 hours of setting it — or earlier than when it's been marked as shipped. Once the order is in transit, it is now no longer able to be canceled.

2. Refund Timelines
Once your go-back is obtained and inspected (if applicable), we are able to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund could be processed in three to five enterprise days, depending on your financial institution or charge provider.

3. Non-Returnable Situations
We are not able to simply accept returns in the following cases:

  • Requests submitted after the 14-day go-back window
  • Items lower back without earlier touch or authorization
  • Returned objects are now no longer in their authentic condition (unless defective).
